Can I book a cleanout dumpster without being there?
Booking, delivery and pickup can all happen without you on site. Mark the drop spot, open the gate, and the driver calls or texts 20 to 30 minutes ahead. The final invoice and scale ticket are emailed, which helps executors, landlords and out-of-town family.

What will my cleanout dumpster bill include?
Every cleanout dumpster rental includes 7 days and a set weight by dumpster size. Weight over that is $75 per ton, billed by the exact pound from the certified landfill scale ticket, which comes with your final invoice 3 to 5 business days after pickup. Every 500 lb over the included weight costs $18.75.

What can't go in the dumpster?
Hazardous chemicals, wet paint and batteries can't go in any Hayes Bros dumpster. Mattresses, tires and appliances that hold Freon (fridges, freezers, window AC units) can go in for $50 each, because the disposal site handles them separately. Most household junk, furniture, wood, drywall, shingles and yard debris are fine.

Can I put a couch and a recliner in the dumpster?
Upholstered furniture goes in. Remove recliner mechanisms only if it helps them fit flat; it's not required.
Do I need to be home when the dumpster is delivered?
No. If the drop zone is clear and marked, the driver places the dumpster and texts or calls 20 to 30 minutes before arriving.
What does a mattress cost to throw away in the dumpster?

Can I keep the dumpster longer to sort through an estate?
